With our partner fixed wing and rotary flying schools at Blackbushe Airport, we operate your voucher purchased through Adventure 001. We ensure the highest quality of experience, every time!

Please note: Every effort is made to ensure your flight is with an instructor. Sadly, due to an ongoing industry wide pilot shortage, we may sometimes need to utilise another Commercial Pilot or Class Rating Instructor. Every effort will be made to contact you ahead of your flight if this is the case and what options are available. Please see our FAQs below to see how this affects your experience.

The land away double

At Blackbushe our operators have to ‘simulate’ the land away. This means that you will take off, head to the West and North before returning to Blackushe Airport and swapping over back-seat to front-seat. This Makes for a really fun experience and allows you to take in as much as possible.

  • We will contact you with notice if the weather on the day of your flight will mean we will have to reschedule. If you do want to get in touch specifically though, please use the form at the bottom of the page and we will be in touch.

  • We always advise that you simply dress for the weather. If it’s warm outside you will likely be warm inside the aircraft. We would suggest however that thick jackets could become cumbersome and uncomfortable so perhaps layering up with a jumper in the colder weather is better!

    Footwear, we recommend trainers, rubber soled shoes or other comfortable sturdy alternatives. Not flip flops or open toed sandals.

  • Our representative on the day will support you and introduce you the Operations team of the flying school who in turn will take the time to guide you through the process of starting your training!

  • If in the unlikely event that your flight in an aeroplane is with another, competently trained, pilot and you wish to complete further training our partner school will offer 30 minutes free as part of your course when purchased as part of a package or block.
